POROUS STONE TREATMENT – 0528

CHARACTERISTICS
Protects porous stones from oil, grease and water stains. It leaves no visible film.

APPLICATION
Do not use below 15°C, on hot or sunny ground. Apply in 2 or 3 coats on a new or old, clean and dry floor, without any trace of other treatment, which would lead to a bad penetration and a bad drying of the product. When the stones are moderately porous and the product does not penetrate well, it can be diluted with the active thinner 0425, which will regulate the viscosity without modifying the effectiveness of the treatment.

– On new floors: after drying, prepare the floor by removing cement joint residues with our stripper 0820 (see FT). When the floor is perfectly rinsed and dry, apply with a brush, a roller (lacquer) or a sponge, in abundant and regular crossed layers. Make sure that the product is well distributed and that there is no excess. Drying: 4 to 8 hours between each coat.

– On old floors: it must be free of any previous treatment, use our 0901 heavy duty cleaner (see FT). When the soil is perfectly dry, apply treatment 0528 (see ¤ previous).

– Cleaning of brushes: with White Spirit.

– Coverage: 8 to 10 m2 per liter depending on the porosity of the support.
