CHARACTERISTICS
We propose a system allowing you to realize personalized shades on demand, it is enough to have a scale weighing in the 10th of gram. Available shades: Clear 0130 and 5 basic shades: White 0131, Black 0132, Yellow 0133, Orange 0134, Brown 0135. Add about 3-10% of base tint to the colorless to achieve a pastel tone. Example of formula for a pastel wood tone: 0.937 kg of colorless 0130 + 0.028 kg of Yellow 0133 + 0.012 kg of Black 0132 + 0.013 kg of Brown 0135 + 0.010 kg of White 0131 (optional), that is to say in coloring base: 6.3 % of the total The white base gives a ceruse look.

APPLICATION
These stains are applied with a brush in the direction of the wood grain in a single pass, or with a spray gun on softwoods: Fir, Spruce … The stain must be stirred constantly to avoid sedimentation. Drying: 4 to 6 hours at 20°C, do not accelerate drying, then dust with a soft nylon brush. This positive tint can be covered, after complete drying, by a colorless wax paste 0001, by a liquid wax 0020, or by any type of non acid varnish (pre-catalyzed excluded).

FINISH
We recommend the use of our non-yellowing varnish Mat 0545 which gives the impression that the wood has not been varnished.
